The real estate sales team of Peter Denney and Mary Rouse, Associate Brokers with Prudential First Properties' Chittenango Office, has earned three prestigious awards from the Prudential Real Estate affiliate Network for 2007.  First, the PREA 100 recognizes the top 100 sales professionals or teams in the entire Prudential network of over 68,000 agents for closed sales volume.   They also have won the esteemed Chairman's Circle Platinum Award for the fifth year in a row.  For achieving the Chairman's Circle award for the fifth consecutive year, the team earned the Five-Year Legend Award.  Recipients of this award are top producers who have achieved the Chairman's Circle award a minimum of five times. The Chairman's Circle honors agents with production of at least $300,000 GCI or 70 closed transactions units.  Locally, Denney and Rouse sold the highest number of homes among the Prudential First Properties' 300+ sales associates.
